It's not the most impressive home office/content creator studio, but I have been relentlessly productive here: two books (180,000 words) written in the past year, along with dozens of articles, podcasts, and videos - written, scripted, recorded, and produced. When I became a father, my working hours decreased while my income increased; of course, that has everything to do with psychological-motivational switches that get thrown when you become a parent, BUT the 17 tools and Biohacker trappings that we'll tour here certainly helped...

*Sitting is the new smoking*, so I have long used an **[adjustable laptop stand](https://www.limitlessmindset.com/Laptop-Stands)** - the poor man's standing desk.

**My workstation** - a MacBook Pro. I don't use a second screen because [BetterTouchTool](https://folivora.ai) is such an awesome productivity upgrade for my Mac's touchbar. Apple has robbed us of USB ports on the MacBook, so I got a [MOKiN USB port hub](https://amzn.to/3Me0Vhg) that lets me connect all manner of USB cords and plug in an Ethernet cable (saving me from those dastardly WiFi EMFs!).

[**Anker sound-canceling headphones**](https://amzn.to/44MTaoD) - For years, I used crappier, cheaper headphones, but recently I invested in some quality $100 headphones and don't regret it.

**[Shure MV7X](https://amzn.to/3MjHu6B) podcasting microphone** - Hopefully, it makes my podcasts sound better

[**AmpleNote**](https://www.limitlessmindset.com/Amplenote) - My note-taking/project management app (I broke up with EverNote; *it wasn't me - it was them!*)

**Adobe Creative Cloud** - For my content production workflow. You don't have to pay them a fortune ($70/monthly), I recently negotiated, again, a $29/monthly price. 

**Vlogging tripod/ring light** - that my stupid robotic vacuum cleaner broke!

**IC Pad** from Infopathy, which I use to sip *infoceuticals *all day, every day. **A few items of sentimental value** - The Bible I've had for decades, my Taekwondo Black Belt, a toy Ferrari, a [levitating magnetic pen](https://amzn.to/3Y9nLsT) (for the rare piece of physical paperwork that comes across my desk), and a cool [black-sand-filled hourglass](https://amzn.to/4qcHNPt) (a reminder of how valuable time is now that I've become a parent).

**My library** - Would be massive, but alas, most of the books I've read are digital or audio editions.
