One sweltering summer afternoon I doubled the recommended dosage and did 4 capsules. I found this to be pleasantly stimulating; I was very focused on my work and in a good mood. The effect lasted about 3 hours. Every evening I take a little break from my work when me and my wife walk our dog, toward the end of the workday I am stuck in kind of funk around this time and am not all that talkative, but on 4 capsules of this stuff, I was very chatty. That makes a lot of sense based on clinical studies related to Clarity. Its ingredients are dosed based on levels that have demonstrated efficacy for chronic use over long periods of time. Several studies indicate that memory enhancement generally requires 8 to 12 weeks of regular supplementation. However, there are also some acute studies that used double doses and demonstrated notable nootropic effect right away. Your experience appears to correspond with that.
