In my experience, powdered herbs are a whole lot better value than capsuled herbs.   Locally, I haven't been able to find high-quality powdered [**Rhodiola**](https://www.limitlessmindset.com/nootropic-ingredients/319-rhodiola) and [**Schisandra**](https://www.limitlessmindset.com/nootropic-ingredients/279-schisandra-chinensis), two of my favorite adaptogens for energy, mood enhancement, immunity (important during the wintertime!), and libido. Unfortunately, the only shipping option from the UK to Bulgaria, where I live, was Royal Mail Airmail; this shipper loses about 50% of packages I've had shipped to me here in Sofia. I waited for about a month for them to deliver my package of Rhodiola and Schisandra, and it never came, so I contacted them, and they shipped out another package free of charge, which arrived in about two weeks. To my pleasant surprise, about a month later I received a notification that the original package was at the post office. **So I ended up getting *two-for-one* from Indigo Herbs**. - My wife and I enjoyed the **Rhodiola** and **Schisandra**. We like to consume these herbs as tea; they make a very tasty, earthy-tasting tea that has a similar effect to a cup or two of coffee. - These herbs met my expectations of organic herbs; previously I used [Lost Empire Herbs'](https://www.limitlessmindset.com/LEH) excellent COA-verified products. - The Adaptogens are noted for having a potent pro-immunity effect.
