I operate a popular website in the Biohacking and Antiaging industry, LimitlessMindset.com. I am hiring a full time video production and web strategy assistant. For someone who can follow directions, get things done and has some artistic talent this will be an exciting job.
You responsibilities will be:
- Producing videos weekly
- Syndication of videos to different platforms and websites
- Podcast production and syndication
- Website content management
- Some simple SEO, graphic design and web design tasks
Video production will be your primary responsibility...
It's important that you have experience with video editing software Camtasia, Adobe Premiere and hopefully Audacity
How this will work:
I will send you the raw video of me doing my videoblogs
From my extensive clip library, Fiverr account and my videoblocks account you will add clips and animations that correlate to what I'm talking about in the video.
You will also be adding some sound effects and music to the content

A video like the ones above take me 20-25 hours to produce. I expect you to eventually be more competent than myself in video production.

A few other points
Most important skill sets are
1. Video editing: Camtasia, Adobe Premier
2. Web content management: with Joomla
3. Project management software: Google Drive and Evernote
4. Ability to work fast and efficiently. Get stuff done!
5. Learning new skills fast and effectively.
6. Good written and spoken English.
- Self-sufficiency is important, if you run into a problem on a project first, search for a solution on Google/YouTube or Forums. If you cannot find a solution within 1 hour of research contact me with the question, if I do NOT know I will authorize you to keep researching.
- You can work from home; I expect you to have a fast internet connection & a designated home office space (free of distractions like kids, pets, etc).
- I will assign activities on a daily & weekly basis.
- We will talk several times weekly via email, IM & skype. On occasion this may require you to do skype calls with me early in the mornings or later in the evenings.
- I expect you to work 40-45 hours weekly.
- I’d like to receive a short report of weekly and daily activities, this does NOT need to be super detailed. Example:
Monday
* 4 Hours producing video
* 2 Hours syndicating video
* 2 Hours updating site content
Tuesday
* 1 Hours producing podcast
* 7 hours producing video
* I want to hire someone this week, so I'm looking for someone to start immediately.
* Have a sense of humor :)
Monthly pay will be $280 (PHP 13362) - $325 (PHP 15589), depending upon skillset and portfolio. Payment will be made upfront upon hiring and in the beginning of each month. Via Xoom, Paypal or however you prefer. I would like to hire someone that can commit to at least one year of working with me. After one year you will receive a bonus of one months’ pay and raise in your monthly pay.
I expect that initially you will be producing 1-3 videos a week, as you get more productive and competent we can raise your salary.
You will work full-time for my firm exclusively and will be signing a contract employee agreement (NOT for tax purposes, just an agreement between us).
