What is the AV Association Technique?
Quite simply it's the most effective way in existence to instantly remember the names of strangers and never forget them. I'm sure you've heard of famous people who had the uncanny ability to remember names. It wasn't because they were born as savants with a super memory, it's because they mastered this technique.
How does it take to learn?
It's actually a very simple mental technique so in most cases 30-45 minutes. Depending upon your learning style it may take up to a few hours to complete the virtual practice sessions and become proficient enough to use it the real world. Unconscious competence usually takes a few weeks of real world practice.
