Fruits & Vegetables: Berries (Blueberries are best, acai berries are good too), Nuts (Almonds are the most limitless nut (my favorite mind power snack is cinnamon covered almonds), Filberts, hazelnuts, cashews, and walnuts are good too), Avocado, Pomegranate, Grapes, Bananas, Cherries, Red apples, Broccoli, Eggplant, Onions, Red Beats, Tomatoes and Spinach.
Meats & Proteins: Wild Salmon (Tip: Get it wild not farm raised), Tuna, Mackerel, Oysters, Caviar, Eggs, Soy milk and Calcium-fortified tofu.
Snacks: Cacao beans or Cacao nibs, Bag of almonds, Snack size portion of fruits and vegetables mentioned above, Seeds (Sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seed and tahini), Beans, Sorbets
Fats: Olive oil (You get what you pay for), In a limitless diet most of the fats come from fish oils
Beverages: Blueberry & Acai Juice, Green Tea (Try to find genuine Matcha, stone-ground Gyokuru green tea powder), Coffee, V8 Juice
Spices: Rosemary, Curcumin, Fresh Garlic
Supplements: Fish oil pills (Omega-3), Vitamin D3, Ginkgo Biloba, Vitamin B12
Avoid: Breads (White flour breads are the worst, wheat breads are a little better, if you are going to eat bread go with sprouted grain), Fried and greasy foods,
Microwavable instant meals, cup of soup or top ramen, Crackers & salty processed foods, Candy bars & junk food, Pastries, SodaPractice common sense: if it seems highly processed, is over packaged, artificially flavored, contains a lot of fat or if the ingredients in the nutrition facts are a bunch of weird chemicals you can't pronounce it's probably not very Limitless for your mind.
