One thing I like about this Ginseng is that it dissolves in about 10 minutes in scalding water to make a nice Ginseng tea. I've used some other Ginseng tablets that don't seem to dissolve so well. Like other Adaptogens I've used, the subjective effects are more noticeable when I consume them as tea. If you follow my recommendations and pick up a bunch of different Adaptogens, what you could easily do is combine like four or five of them - it will be delicious and will make you feel like a Greek god consuming ambrosia on Elysium.

Underslept? It happens to even the best Biohackers sometimes -- fortunately, there are some effective hacks for operating at almost 100% while sleep-deprived.
The obvious solution to get better sleep: do meditation and go to bed earlier, avoid screens before bed, wear blue-blocking glasses, take magnesium or melatonin before bed - stuff you've no doubt heard of before. But sometimes even the best sleep hacker finds themselves sleep-deprived. I'm no stranger to it myself as I've been a salsa-dancing pickup artist, a digital nomad, an obsessive entrepreneur, and now - a brand new dad!
Also called Rowdy Lamb Herb, it earned these well-deserved names after Chinese herders, no doubt very bored, observed their goats and sheep becoming quite a bit friskier after feeding on it.
