About a year ago I went through a bout with insomnia where I just couldn't seem to fall asleep unless I downed 3-5 glasses of red wine. I was able to replace my restless nights with seriously refreshing sleep with this bedtime regimen: 2-3 tablets of Melatonin and a glass of Chamomile tea.

So far I've just dabbled with the Spanish and German language learning Apps for Android but I'm super impressed with not only the production of the courses but also my retention of new vocabulary. Honestly, the full Windows software version is huge and little confusing at first. I'm just now experimenting with the full paid version...
