Alpha GPC + Uridine (Nootropic Stack) by Double Wood

Uridine is a nucleotide that acts as a precursor of brain synapses and membrane phospholipids in conjunction with the omega-3 fatty acid docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and choline sources.

It may enhance some brain cholinergic functions. Uridine also supports the health and function of liver mitochondria.

Save money on one of the most popular nootropic combinations with this combo pack! You'll receive one bottle of Alpha GPC and Uridine Monophosphate.

Alpha GPC and Uridine both work to increase levels of the essential neurotransmitter acetylcholine, and synergize well to boost memory and overall cognitive function.

Recommended Dosage
Alpha GPC:Take 1-2 300mg capsules in the morning, and again in the afternoon if needed.

Uridine: Take 1-2 300 mg per day to support cholinergic brain function and formation of synaptic connections, repeat in the afternoon if needed.

Suggested Use
We suggest starting with 1 capsule (300mg) of each Alpha GPC + Uridine together in the morning with a light breakfast. If you don't feel any effects the first three days of use you may increase to 2 capsules of each. Sometimes less is more with these supplements. When too high of a dose is taken, drowsiness may occur. If you are experiencing good results at a low dose we do not recommend you increase the dose.

Written Testimonials
Top voted Amazon review: A little background about myself, I just recently graduated college with an accounting degree and entered the beautiful works of public accounting. I got a job at Grant Thornton, one of the largest auditing firms in the country. The hours are BRUTAL. I found myself putting in 55 hours weeks and become incredibly addicted to coffee. So addicted that I was getting a large coffee with two shots of espresso every morning. This led to anxiety, terrible crashes, and me constantly sucking down coffee. Despite all this coffee I was not as productive at work as I would have liked to be. I knew I had to make a change, so I used some vacation days to give myself 14 straight days off right before our “Busy Season”. For those who don’t know “busy season” is the three months before most of our client’s year end. For these three months you can expect to work from 8:30am – 8:30pm and the minimum. Worst I ever had to do was 10-11pm some nights but I heard stories from co-workers of going to 12am or 1am. I knew I would not survive if I didn’t do something about my caffeine addiction so during the 14 days I had off I didn’t drink a drop of coffee. At first I felt pretty lethargic and got some headaches, but by the end of the 14 days I didn’t feel too bad. During those 14 days I also purchased the following three supplements: Alpha GPC Choline Uridine Monophosphate Sulbutiamine Once work started back up I took the following doses at the following times: Morning before breakfast Alpha GPC Choline – 600mg Uridine Monophosphate – 600mg Sulbutiamine – 400mg This dose had me feeling VERY motivated and focused throughout the entire morning. I wouldn’t say it gave me physical energy the same way coffee does, but it gave me a lot of mental energy and drive. I was less likely to check facebook or reddit and got much more work done than I normally would have. The best part was that I didn’t miss my coffee one bit. The mental energy of my morning dose lasted me to lunch (about 8:30am to 12:30pm) no problem. After a big lunch I would feel zapped of energy and less motivated. HOWEVER, I have always had huge slumps after a big lunch and the slumps I were getting now were probably only 50% bad as they used to be. I would usually wait an hour for my stomach to settle and then take a similar dose as before after lunch: Alpha GPC Choline – 900mg Uridine Monophosphate – 600mg Sulbutiamine – 400mg This would break me out of my lunch slump and keep my going from about 2pm to 8pm. Sometimes if I know it was going to be a long night of work I would take a micro dose of all the supplements at 8pm: Alpha GPC Choline – 300mg Uridine Monophosphate – 300mg Sulbutiamine -200mg That would keep me productive until 10 or 11 when I would finally get off. Generally by 12 I was exhausted enough both physically and mentally to fall asleep no problem. This nootropic stack worked wonderfully for me and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to focus for long hours at work.

Whenever I need a boost and don't want to drink coffee this is my go to stack. The energy I get is very clean. I feel much more clear headed and motivated to actually get work done. I generally take 300mg of each at the same time. I have found that at higher doses this stack makes me incredibly drowsy.

In terms of social confidence and verbal ability there may be a slight increase but I haven't noted much.
