I was a little skeptical about Nu Skin but after reading reviews decided to give it a shot. I take it together with Pharmanex anti-aging and only 3 capsules a day. Joint pain is gone, more energy but not like I took Reliv. However it has been only a week. I do feel better. I also started eating much less (obviously my body does not crave for any nutritions). I do not need to loose weight but it's a good benefit if you want to loose a few pounds. I may add more info after a month or two.
