Recently I've added Breathwork to my daily stack of empowering habits with the excellent Othership app. These guys really brought their audio soundscape engineering skills to creating a bunch of cool Breathwork sessions...

  • Brain trainingI start my mornings with a 10-15 minute energetic session or sometimes I'll do it mid-day for a pick-me-up.
  • I'll often do a sedating session in the evenings to tune down my nerves before bed or before dinner to get me out of my workaholic headspace.
  • In the near future, I'm going to be experimenting with combining Holotropic sessions with psychedelic infoceuticals.

I made it almost to a hundred days straight of breathwork with a 95-day streak. I love those gamification features that keep you consistent.

Blissed Out - Relaxing breathwork session with binaural beats transitioning from an alpha to theta beat. Great for when I've got just a few minutes between finishing work and dinner with my lady.

The Fire of Courage - Cool meditation on embodying courage, "the virtue that makes all others possible."

Morning Practice - A 17-minute somewhat energizing session punctuated with a lot of positive affirmation prompts concluding in a journaling session not really my cup of tea.

Morning Kick - This 16-minute energetic, gratitude-stimulating track flew right by! 

Morning Gratitude - Great morning gratitude breath work session. Prompts you to take action: send a text message to a person you're thankful to at the end of the session. 

Opening the Airways - Good to try with Kleenex nearby.

Drop In + Flow - This breathwork session really challenged me! Guess that means I gotta try it again.

Awesome binaural beats breath work session that I did on my birthday

Good intentionality breath work session to start the day with 

Did this breath work session on my day cycling off nicotine - It helped a little.

Boost Your Day - A longer breath work session that I'd like to try while monitoring my HRV.
