By participating in an interview on the Limitless podcast, you agree to the following terms:
Consent to Use
You grant Limitless Mindset full permission to record, edit, publish, and distribute audio and video of your interview. This includes use of:
- Your recorded voice and image
- Your professional headshot
- Your name and affiliated brand or organization
Your interview may be featured on our website, YouTube, podcast platforms, social media, and other syndicated channels.
Editorial Control
We reserve the right to edit and present the interview in a manner we believe best fits our audience and brand. This may include rearranging segments, adding commentary, or removing portions for clarity, length, or legal reasons.
Responsibility for Statements
You take full responsibility for the views, claims, and personal representations made during your appearance. You understand this content may remain available on the internet indefinitely.
Participant Obligations and Marketing Readiness
You acknowledge that the effectiveness of an interview and any associated marketing or advertising services depends in part on your own preparation and follow-through. This may include, but is not limited to, creating a dedicated landing page, offer page, or other reasonable infrastructure on your website intended to receive, track, or convert traffic generated by the interview.
Failure to complete your reasonable obligations to support, receive, or capitalize on traffic resulting from the interview does not constitute a failure of service on the part of Limitless Mindset.
In the event that you do not create such a landing page or otherwise fail to fulfill your responsibilities to maximize the results of the interview or associated marketing services, you acknowledge and agree that all fees or in-kind compensation paid to Limitless Mindset shall remain non-refundable. Limitless Mindset retains the right to retain and use such fees at its sole discretion, without further obligation to you.
Right to Withhold Publication
Limitless Mindset reserves the right to not publish or to remove the episode at any time and for any reason, without obligation or explanation.
