So you score a date with a hottie, and she actually shows up, you get drinks or coffee together at a cafe. But you struggle to find anything really stimulating to discuss. It's not the most impressive home office/content creator studio, but I have been relentlessly productive here: two books (180,000 words) written in the past year, along with dozens of articles, podcasts, and videos - written, scripted, recorded, and produced. When I became a father, my working hours decreased while my income increased; of course, that has everything to do with psychological-motivational switches that get thrown when you become a parent, BUT the 17 tools and Biohacker trappings that we'll tour here certainly helped...
