Uridine is a nucleotide that acts as a precursor of brain synapses and membrane phospholipids in conjunction with the omega-3 fatty acid docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and choline sources.

It may enhance some brain cholinergic functions. Uridine also supports the health and function of liver mitochondria.

Save money on one of the most popular nootropic combinations with this combo pack! You'll receive one bottle of Alpha GPC and Uridine Monophosphate.

Alpha GPC and Uridine both work to increase levels of the essential neurotransmitter acetylcholine, and synergize well to boost memory and overall cognitive function.

Recommended Dosage
Alpha GPC:Take 1-2 300mg capsules in the morning, and again in the afternoon if needed.

Uridine: Take 1-2 300 mg per day to support cholinergic brain function and formation of synaptic connections, repeat in the afternoon if needed.

Biohacker ReviewI'm Ampakined UP!

Aniracetam is an Ampakinic smart drug that DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) has actually experimented with. So perhaps they are feeding it to the aliens at Area-51 or maybe it's what they give to the (very bored) government employees who spy on us through our webcams and smart TVs.

Conspiracy theorizing aside, Aniracetam is good for my memory but it's not my favorite Racetam. I have noticeably less discipline, energy, and focus than while dosed on it compared with other Racetams I've done biohacker trials with. It's not very energizing, so if you are trying to avoid stimulants Aniracetam may be a good option for you. For me, I like smart drugs that put me into this intensely focused zone so I usually stack it with Piracetam or caffeine and L-theanine stack (like 1-2 GO from Pure Nootropics)

Biohacker Review: A clumpy focus drug for nerds

Aniracetam modulates the Ampakine receptor in the brain and interestingly, Ampakinic drugs have actually been investigated by Darpa. Which is the shadowy military research organization that there are all kinds of crazy (and not so crazy) conspiracy theories about. So if the US government wants to hire me to broker an interstellar peace arrangement with aliens or travel back in time to save JFK you can find my resume on LinkedIn.

The packet it comes in is pretty small but the dosage needed for effect is a lot lower than Piracetam. A dosage of 1500-2000 milligrams puts me into a very focused state for 3-6 hours.

Biohacker Review: A Neurogenesis Unleashing Nootropic Mushroom

I used Lost Empire Herb's 8:1 Dual Extract Lion's Mane for about a month. It adds a pleasant earthy taste to my morning cup of steaming coffee.

  • It has a subtle Nootropic effect, although as far as Adaptogens go I find Chaga or Rhodiola more stimulating. After taking it I found myself in a productive, focused headspace.
  • I'm thankful to have Lion's Mane in my war chest of immuno-fortifying natural herbs, taking it I managed to avoid getting the sniffles during the cold, dry Eastern European winter here in Bulgaria.
  • I can't speak much to its Neurogenesis effects, I suspect I'd have to take it for longer for these effects to become apparent.

EGb761 and GBE are the scientific terms to extract from this green plant, which has been proven to be useful for cerebral-enhancing effects. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine and current clinical studies, ginkgo biloba is safe, effective and benefits the body in numerous ways because it exerts protective effects against mitochondrial damage and oxidative stress. Ginkgo biloba also contains two constituents (flavonoids and terpenoids) that have strong antioxidant properties to slow down the progression of age-related issues.

Phosphatidylcholine (PC) is a phospholipid with a choline molecule attached, and is the most common form of choline found in foods.

Choline is defined as an essential nutrient by the FDA, yet between 80% - 90% of Americans currently don’t get enough through their diet.

Choline is used by the body to produce the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which plays a key role in many cognitive processes including memory, fluid intelligence, and mood.

Benefits

  • INCREASE CHOLINE LEVELS - Phosphatidylcholine is the part of soy lecithin that contains choline and is an excellent and well tolerated choline source.
  • ENHANCE MEMORY - Choline is used by the body to produce the neurotransmitter acetylcholine which plays a key role in learning and memory.
  • SUPPORTS BRAIN HEALTH - Phosphatidylcholine is used to form the membranes of neurons, and supplementing it ensures enough is available to keep them well protected.
  • MADE IN THE USA - Our Phosphatidylcholine is manufactured right here in the US at an FDA cGMP certified facility.

Recommended Dosage

We recommend taking one 1200 mg Phosphatidylcholine Complex capsule per day, which yields 420 mg of choline. (This yields nearly all the choline needed per day, which is 550 mg for men and 450 mg for women.)

A higher dose of 2 capsules per day is perfectly safe to take for those working to correct a serious choline deficiency or who need a higher than average choline intake.

Phosphatidylcholine Complex Side Effects

As it’s the main form of choline found in many foods, Phosphatidylcholine is very well tolerated and side effects are rare. When taken orally, the most common side effects reported are sweating, upset stomach, and diarrhea.

These side effects are most common in those taking doses far higher than the recommended dosage of 1-2 capsules per day.

Biohacker Review: If Piracetam unleashes your brilliance, get it pharmaceutical-grade in bulk

This brand is the best Piracetam value I've been able to find, which is a good thing because I like to take a lot of Piracetam. After I finish this supply I intend to order more.

For several days before taking it, I went on a stimulant cleanse; no coffee, no green tea. So I could get myself back to a baseline. About 15 minutes after taking my first dose of Piracetam I felt myself slide into that focused, productive mindset zone that Biohackers love. I stayed in that zone for about four hours.
