A month I’ve always loved not just because it’s the month of my birth but because it’s the month when (in the northern latitudes, at least) spring ceases its teasing. The changing of the seasons reminds us that life is profoundly cyclical. A sense of optimism has always infused my being as the snow melts away, the sky’s gloomy grayness retreats, and the green leaves of the trees bud. Spring also urges us to seize the moment; as a glorious summer beckons, we’re compelled to drink deeply of the sunny joys of life as the chilly fingers of winter yet stroke the backs of our necks.

In this podcast, I hope to share some much-needed optimism with you - I explain in an epic rant, why I'm white-pilled about the future.

We recorded this while I was pepped up with beta brain waves PEMFs (for alertness) administered directly to the back of my head with the IC Hummer, hopefully, it makes me a perkier podcaster!

What are your thoughts on using placenta [stem cell] injections and the risks associated with contamination from the covid vaccine?
There is supposedly some benefit for perimenopausal women, studies indicate that it minimizes associated symptoms in addition to anti-aging benefits.
Biohacking Goals: neuroprotective, neuroregeneration, anti-aging. Some evidence indicates improvement/reduction of menopausal symptoms with placental injections. Most placental products are manufactured in Japan/Korea.

Horny Goat Weed - Two chemicals in it, Icaritin and Desmethylicaritin, work a little bit differently in women to boost the levels of the female hormone.

Ashwagandha - According to Jill Stansbury, a prominent naturopathic physician adaptogenic stacks are an effective Biohack for alleviating the various unpleasant manifestations of menopause: I often use adaptogens (ashwagandha, Asian ginseng, eleuthero, Rhodiola) for perimenopausal women with stress symptoms, insomnia, and anxiety and emotional disturbance. I expect to see results within a week or so. (p. 244)

DIMEstrogen is not a single hormone but comes in many different forms that can have a positive or negative effect on health and well-being. Diindolylmethane helps to bring the metabolism of estrogen into balance.

Pregnenolone - Provides underlying building blocks for testosterone and estrogen, modulating hormonal balance.

I recently saw on the podcast you have that you take a nicotine USP solution. I bought one off Mitolab a few months ago and haven’t been able to find anything online about how to dose it. I read on a Reddit thread that taking it orally can be caustic to your gut and throat but I haven’t been able to confirm this. I emailed Mitolab to get their take but haven’t heard shit back. Wondering if you have some insight on this. Thanks

And eat Coconuts - they are great for your skin!

Good video, but why waste the coconut milk via the smashing method, and why not talk about the MCT's (Medium chain triglycerides) that lead to ketone production in the body (at least via coconut oil, I assume that eating it raw works as well(?)) with benefits to the heart, brain, focus, etc.?
Related question, do you think that MCT oil helps with hangovers? Seems that it should to some degree but I don't think I've yet heard it claimed so I don't know.

I take care of all the chores around the house - all the dishes, recycling, trash, and the copious amounts of cardboard that come in a deluge every single day. I put away all the groceries etc. my wife will go out spend a bunch of money come home and put everything on the kitchen counter and leave it there for weeks or until i get sick and tired of looking at it and than I go put it all away. I straighten the house, pick up after our kid, straighten and clean up after my wife…. Its fucking ridiculous - this has been going on for 3 years and she hasn’t made the slightest effort to help or to change in any way…
Additionally - im building the basement out and finishing it all (all by myself) and taking care of the yard and the property (not a small feat as its 10 acres). When do I get a fucking break or some help or some fucking appreciation? Im exhausted and at my wits end. I cannot stand laziness or slobs that cant clean up after themselves like a functional adult….
Can anyone relate?

My other issue is that she doesnt have any friends or hobbies…. Something to get her up and out of the house, off the couch and just out doing something…. But sitting on the couch all day on your phone or watching tv and eating junkfood is insanely unhealthy… i havent seen her smile in a year and she looks miserable constantly… i love my wife dont get me wrong…. But i feel trapped, taken advantage of, and the whole thing is extremely depressing.
