The IC Pad is an infoceutical imprinter by Infopathy - it uses electromagnetism and a trippy flashing light to "download" into water almost ANY drug, pharmaceutical, or supplement. It teases the possibility of decentralizing and open-sourcing both the pharmaceutical and supplement industries.
Skeptical? So was I!

This is the nosiest biohack I've ever tried; the IC Hummer from Infopathy administers PEMF infoceuticals sonically and topically to the body for healing, pain relief, inflammation, sleep, vagus nerve modulation, and more! In this review, I'll break down the PEMF science and tell you about how I've been using it.

If you’ve spent enough time around the fringes of the Biohacking, anti-aging, and alternative health world, you’ve probably heard whispers about Brown’s gas.
This HydrOxy gas, when inhaled or infused into water, fuels the body with molecular hydrogen, which almost all of us are chronically deficient in. Apparently, the health and healing benefits can be pretty extraordinary. Users say this could put Big Pharma and the hospital-industrial complex out of business.
Well, I finally got an AquaCure for myself. So naturally, I’ll be running a wide range of experiments with it and sharing the results, observations, and inevitable weirdness along the way.

In this review, I'll honestly discuss the pros vs cons, share how I saved nearly 50% on both mindfulness-enhancing devices, compare them to other Biohacking tech I've used, and summarize the state-of-the-art science and studies done evaluating Heartmath's HRV technology.

The eWM Classic mode is my favorite and closest to the original N-Back task, with the N-back box replaced with faces with a variety of expressions. The verbal data you need to store in your working memory is sprinkled with emotional phrases: hammer, door, hate, auto, rape, bird, circus, smile...
You have to purposefully ignore the emotional data and just record the audio and visual sequences in the RAM of your mind.

I've done brain training for three years now, and this app is significantly more challenging than anything I've tried before. In HighIQPro, my best performance was 7-back, and I regularly trained in the 5-back range and sometimes even higher. Yet right now, I'm doing the emotional n-back training mode, and I'm finding that I can barely make it to 5-back.

I downloaded HighIQPro, installed it, and launched the application. I began the first N-back exercise (of course, without reading any instructions!) and was immediately confused by a screen that a blinking red square sporadically appeared on. Not sure what to do I exited this game and went back to the main screen where I clicked the help icon.
This took me to a page on the HighIQPro website that instructed me to first take an IQ test and a Jouve-Cerebrals Test of Induction (JCTI) fluid intelligence test. I took a free 40-minute IQ test and scored 100. So as of May 1, 2012, I have a perfectly average IQ score for an American, I guess that makes me an ideal test subject for this case study. After the IQ test, I was a little frazzled, so I slept for a night before taking the JCTI test. I found the JCTI a little more challenging but ended up scoring 102, so I'm pretty damn average!

An app that turns your phone into a surprisingly effective sleep optimization device.
I'm a little late to the sleep-hacking party. For some reason, I was a little reluctant to start quantifying my sleep. However, I kept hearing about the sleep cycle app from people like Dave Asprey and Pat Flynn. I finally paid the $2 and downloaded it. I'm glad I tried it! It does improve your sleep. I'm a person that's always kind of had issues with waking up on time. I would just hit the snooze button chronically, this has caused me to fail some classes and lose some jobs.
