25 AWESOME Biohacking/Lifehacking Gifts [2025]

25 AWESOME Biohacking/Lifehacking Gifts [2025]

Ⓒ By Jonathan Roseland

I'm not a doctor, medical professional, or trained therapist. I'm a researcher and pragmatic biohacking practitioner exercising free speech to share evidence as I find it. I make no claims. Please practice skepticism and rational critical thinkingYou should consult a professional about any serious decisions that you might make about your health. Affiliate links in this article support Limitless Mindset - spend over $300 and you'll be eligible to join the Limitless Mindset Secret Society.

This holiday season, as opposed to succumbing to consumer culture and loading your digital or physical shopping cart up with vapid gifts that will be forgotten, lost, broken, or out of style by 2027, why not give the gift of health, productivity, and a more Limitless mind to your loved ones?

The holidays are actually one of the best opportunities to bring family and friends into the biohacking/personal growth fold. Many of us got into Biohacking because someone just gave us a supplement or health product that we didn't even know about, and it would become our gateway drug to an obsession that would transform our lives and health.

Check out this lineup of lifehacking, Biohacking, and mind power products ranging from under $10 to over +$1000. These products are in stock currently, but might not be in the near future. I probably don't have to remind you that shipping is going to be a total mess this holiday season - so better get your orders in now! And (hint, hint) when your friends and family ask you what you want under the tree, just send them this article.

First, I'll suggest some of my favorite biohacking devices. These are spendier, but - bang for your biohacking buck - they are some of the best values - you buy them once, and they'll empower health for years...

Red Light Therapy

The FlexBeam

What I love about my FlexBeam is how reliably it works (especially compared to some other biohacking tech I've used). You just plug it in, switch it on, and it works! No Bluetooth misconnections, no app, and no updates that need to be installed. The health and anti-aging benefits of red light therapy are wide-ranging and well-studied, but I'll mention just one here - falling asleep FAST and slumbering deeply after shining it on my back for 10 minutes while cuddling with Mrs. Roseland.
If all that sounds awesome, pick up the The FlexBeam. It works as a handheld, and you can get it as of today (CyberMonday) for under $500 (with the coupon code limitless - which will get you some kind of discount this holiday season), compare it to the Joovv Go 2.0, which runs $659! Making it an affordable holiday gift for us non-millionaires.

Red Light Therapy Lamps

These lamps are especially appropriate illumination for Christmas time as they'll flood any room with the most beautiful, brilliant red light you'll ever see. It's a 36-watt lamp that projects the 620nm and 670nm wavelengths that have been shown to have numerous benefits in clinical trials.

We've had a red light panel for over half a decade and have accidentally dropped the thing THREE times now, and it still works like new. It has a 50,000 lifetime, so I just use it to illuminate my room in the evenings.

IC Pad or IC Hummer from Infopathy

You've heard of the marvels of frequency medicine and are maybe a little skeptical (that's understandable), but Infopathy devices are some of the most affordable and effective ways to experience it for yourself.

IC stands for infoceutical - meaning non-pharmacological, side-effect-free downloadable derivatives of supplements, medicine, and drugs. The IC Pad takes advantage of the phenomenon of water memory - imprinting infoceuticals on water via quantum collocation and electromagnetism using this device...

Infocueticals typically have 1/3 or half the effect of the actual medicine being imprinted, so if you spend a lot of money on supplements monthly, you'll see how this $200 device pays for itself. The IC Pad would be an especially novel addition to holiday merrymaking; people won't believe it until you make them a Happy Water or Psilocybin infoceutical. If you're skeptical of Infopathy, that's understandable; it's a game-changing application of a little-known scientific phenomenon. But I'd urge you to evaluate the scientific evidence (presented in my biohacker review) that downloadable medicine is no longer science fiction...

The IC Hummer from Infopathy administers PEMF infoceuticals sonically and topically to the body for healing, pain relief, inflammation, sleep, vagus nerve modulation, and more! The PEMF ICs have really saved the day here more than a few times when my wife was dealing with a torturous toothache or post-natal "mom's wrist." Check out my Biohacker review, which breaks down why sonic medicine is no longer science fiction...

Garmin HRV-Tracking Smart Watch

I interviewed one of the top doctors in Norway about heart rate variability, and he convinced me that Garmin's Smart Watches are the best wearable HRV/fitness trackers. I got my wife one of these HRV-measuring smart watches a year ago, she loves it, and is getting me one this Christmas. It gives you a real-time body battery, sleep scores, and a wealth of other data.

Having done over 300 HRV training sessions with HeartMath's devices clipped to my ear, I really like the idea of an HRV tracking watch. The issue with many HRV devices is that you only give biofeedback data when you're using them. Whereas, a watch is just a watch - you can sleep, swim, eat, or even make love with it on (just be careful with the lube!) Garmin's watches with the full suite of health tracking features start at $150.

If those devices are a little out of your budget and you've got readers in your life, some book recommendations...

Hourglass - My mind-blowing new SciFi/cyberpunk novel about seduction, Biohacking, and philosophy. This is my magnum opus as a writer, philosopher, applied neuroscience strategist, and professional Biohacker. Fourteen years of my obsessive quest to find real-life "NZT-48" went into this story.
Got some travel or a long commute ahead of you? Hourglass has been produced into an "Odyssey of the Mind" style audiobook, for your listening pleasure!

Glucose Revolution: The Life-Changing Power of Balancing Your Blood Sugar - Got someone in your family struggling to lose weight? Glucose diet hacking is one of the most effective (yet often overlooked) ways to lose weight and fix insulin resistance. This surprisingly easy-to-read book breaks down the most recent science and actionable glucose management hacks for breakthroughs in weight loss and health.

Don't Stick Your Dick in a BlenderIf you've got a brother, cousin, uncle, or friend who is single, divorced, frustrated with their dating and love life (or has questionable taste in women), get them this book. The holidays are coming up, and handing them this book in print, as a gift, cuts through the online noise and distraction we're all drowning in.
Don't Stick Your Dick in a Blender in paperback is a great value at $26, as it includes a QR code at the back, which gets you a download of the 18-hour audiobook and other transformative resources. I chose Lulu bookstore for distributing it because they actually print books in the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and India - so you can get your hands on it fast with no international shipping brain damage.
Or you can get it as a digital+audio book package for $8.99 via my own store here (the best way to support me as an author).
Or, through the link below, you can get it on Google Play Books, the audiobook on Spotify, or the print edition.

Support me on Substack and get my three books

Substack

A MAJOR value add for my paid Substack supporters - your support of my work on Substack (from $7/monthly) NOW includes my three books (and a fourth dropping in about a month) in well-formatted digital and audio form...

  • Hourglass: A science fiction novel - Not For Sex Addicts - about seduction, Biohacking & philosophy
  • Don’t Stick Your Dick in a Blender—How to meet a nice girl instead—from a tantric husband with a better sex life than you!
  • How to Be Cross Eyed: Thriving Despite Your Physical Imperfection

Here's my reasoning behind this: I don't write books to make money - I write books for impact. Books are a really odd market from a pricing perspective; it's the one product category that costs $10-$20, you spend 10-30 hours consuming them, and they may dramatically change your life - for less than the cost of a meal at a mediocre restaurant! As a banned-on-Amazon indie author, I have little hope that my books will ever become NYT bestsellers. So my goal is to get my books in front of as many readers as possible (counterintuitively, giving them away for free is NOT the best way to achieve that - tried it, already) and invite a continued conversation about recapturing free will via Biohacking.

Substack is one of the best tools I have to achieve that impact. It's one of my favorite places to interact with my audience. Its well-designed app (advertising and distraction-free) is a seamless medium for you to be edified by my content. Substack is a pro-free-speech platform; I get to shoot straight with you there without fear of being censored for trespassing nonsensical rules. And the subscription revenue provides my small, growing family the financial security we need. Thanks!

If you appreciate my work and have gotten something out of it, get sunk cost motivation working for you at $7/monthly, here. And you'll get a welcome email from me with direct download links for the three books in both digital and audio format.

Personal Genotyping

In my view, the real value in a personalized genetic report is the insight into the potential health disasters looming in your future, but it will also let you know things like which types of supplements will be a total waste of money for you. It's an invaluable report that one can turn to for the rest of one's natural life for insight into living better.

Sequencing.com

Sequencing.com's Whole Genome Sequencing Bundle is a pretty great value at its normal price $629; it provides the full raw data from all +30,000 genes along with a unique report that provides an informative snapshot of important longevity biomarkers. THIS week, it's discounted to $279 (that's the best price I've ever seen on whole genome sequencing!)

Biohack the boozing!

Wine

Tis' the season to raise our glasses with friends and family! The good news is that the resulting hangovers can be hacked. Consider the following "hangover hacks" as stocking stuffers (or just bring them to holiday dinner parties!) People will love you for saving them from a hangover and will be curious about the supplements.

One of the more pharmacologically interesting and effective hangover hacks I've tried is Dihydromyricetin (DHM); it's been widely studied (+200 papers on Pubmed). It has the curious effect of sobering you up when 300 - 900 milligrams are taken after a few drinks. You have to try it to believe it!

Activated Charcoal hacks your hangover by cleaning up toxins lingering in your system. Funnily, chewing up charcoal tablets will turn your mouth black, but don't worry, it won't stain your teeth. Just wash down the tablets with water.

Bulletproof offers fancy coconut charcoal - yes, coconuts are so healthy that even consuming burned coconut shells is good for you. If not, you can buy cheap activated charcoal at almost any pharmacy.

Speaking of boozing...

You're going to be tipping back some vino and raising glasses to a prosperous new year, so why not bring a bottle of biodynamic wineRed wine isn't actually "healthy," but organic, biodynamic wine is a lot less likely to gift you a hangover the morning after. Pick some up from FitVine Wine or Dry Farm Wines, both based in California, and enjoy!

Speaking of sipping...

Bulletproof Coffee

Coffee is a pretty important part of the holidays, so why not share a delicious and nutritious Bulletproof-style coffee with those you gather with around the tree? Be sure to add some MCT oil to the coffee for extra ketogenic cheer.

Blue-Blockers - Orange-Tinted Glasses

The perfect stocking stuffer for the stylish sleep hacker in your life! Looking at TVs, smartphone or tablet screens, and even fluorescent lighting after dark can wreak havoc on the circadian rhythm. Wearing orange-tinted glasses for the last three hours of the day blocks out the spectrum of the light that prevents deep restorative sleep. The Mercedes of blue blockers are Swannies by Swanwick.

But they are pricey; any orange-tinted glasses will enhance sleep. Speaking of sleep hacking...

Upgrade Your Sleep Mask

Photons of blue light are the enemy of rejuvenating sleep. If you can't totally blackout your bedroom, wear a sleep mask. For years, I used the Sleep Master Sleep Mask ($40), and it's very comfy!

But recently, I upgraded to the SleepPhones; this mask/headband is the best sleep headphone product you'll find. While not quite as comfy as the Sleep Master, you can side-sleep wearing them (something I always found terribly uncomfortable with earbuds). I use it nightly to lull myself to sleep with Brain.FM's binaural beats or storytelling podcasts.

SleepPhones

A few digital gifts for lifehackers and biohackers...

Brain.FM - This app delivers stimulating and soothing holo-sync tunes to your earbuds - it's "Nootropic music" for focus, mindfulness, relaxation, and sleep.

Dual N-Back Pro - This is the one brain training task that is actually demonstrated to increase intelligence and working memory outside of the brain game - it has transfer effects to real-world problem-solving and short-term memory.

SuperMemo - This flashcard app/web app is a must-have for students, language learners, and anybody aspiring to better memory. The algorithm-driven SuperMemo method of Spaced Repetition prompts you to review the knowledge you are acquiring at the time when you are closest to forgetting it.

Visomitin - For Free Radical Free Vision

A little bottle or two of these (very affordable) Mitochondrial antioxidant eyedrops is a great idea for gamers, writers, and really all IT geeks who spend way too much time staring at glowing screens.

Visomitin feels mostly like normal eye drops, it doesn't have an immediate effect of improving vision but it did make my eyes feel better after a long day of working; staring at my computer screen. My wife would often remind me to take it if my eyes were a bit red and strained which would restore my vision a bit and keep my eyes from getting too dry.

Aromatherapy Diffuser

A product that will set the holiday ambiance, an aromatherapy diffuser. Just add a little splash of essential oils, hit diffuse, and the room will shortly smell AMAZING. Organic Aromas recommends Peppermint, Pine, Frankincense, or Myrrh for Christmassy scents.

I have this awesome Bitcoin-emblazed diffuser from Organic Aromas. If you've got someone crypto-obsessed to buy for, you can be assured that they'll be displaying this diffuser prominently for a long time to come!

Nootropics and Anti-Aging

Of course, biohackers would love to just receive Nootropics and supplements from Santa...

Youth and Earth - Some of you have told me you are sick of taking pills and capsules. The Nootropic/longevity stack I'm currently on has almost none, thanks to Youth and Earth's powdered adaptogenic herbal mixes...

  • In the mornings, I drink their AM Blend
  • In the midday, I drink their V14 longevity mix with 14 powerful anti-aging agents (tastes - kinda/sorta - like a girly cocktail)
  • Before bed, I sip their Sleep Dust

They take the flavor engineering seriously. Everything I've tried from them has been a flavorful pleasure to consume. Y&E serves Biohackers from distribution centers in both the US and EU/UK, so there's no shipping or import brain damage to deal with. Their products are surprisingly affordable (considering the quality assurance and taste-engineering that goes into them). Check out my recent interview with their founder and unboxing video of their stuff.

PureBulk.com - The best prices on the purest supplements. In my nearly 14 years of trying hundreds of different Nootropics, anti-aging supplements, and health products, this American operation really stands out for its commitment to quality. I take their stuff every day and have reviewed a number of their supplements. I think their CyberMonday specials are gone, but they still offer some of the best values you'll find for lab-verified pure supplements. From ascorbic acid and vitamins to keep you sniffle-free this winter to NAD boosters to keep your epigenome happy, they've got you covered with their truly compendious product range.

Blue Cannatine - This is one of the more innovative ways I've seen to take Nicotine. You hold these blue troches under your tongue for direct absorption along with a dose of caffeine and Methylene Blue, two of my favorite Nootropic molecules that share powerful synergies with Nicotine. Around the internet, Biohackers speak in some pretty grandiose terms about the powers of cognition and creativity that these troches unleash. These would be fun to share at Christmas parties!

Blue Cannatine

I hope you find this gift guide helpful, and even if this is a bit of a lean holiday season for you, as it is for many people, I wish you the mindfulness to stay focused on all that you have to be grateful for.
