Book ReviewA Masterclass on a Lost Art

Years back, my friend Hypnautic recommended Robert Greene's book The 48 Laws of Power to me when I was younger. I liked the illustration of power dynamics via historical examples, battles, political intrigues, and characters. This book takes a similar approach to examining the lives of various scientists, doctors, inventors, writers, and artists.

Antibiotic resistance, another front in Iatrogenic medicine's losing war on disease.

Superbugs is a well-written deep-dive into the fascinating history of antibiotics and a glimpse into the frontline struggle of doctors and scientists versus some seriously nasty strains of infectious bacteria and fungus. The book is written by Dr. Matt McCarthy, a staff physician at New York Presbyterian Hospital.

Sorry guys and gals, this is another doom and gloom book review! Lately, I've been reviewing some books about the very troubling and very real threats to your life and well-being perpetuated by Iatrogenic mainstream medicine and bad science. Taking these red pills about the monstrous betrayals of humanity committed by the institutions of sciences and medicine can be depressing but the antidepressant is action, in this book review we'll include some evidence-backed biohacks that you can and should implement to fortify yourself against this world rife with microscopic villains.

Book Review: A fictional thought experiment about right-wing political violence

The novel is placed in a just barely hypothetical future America descending into leftist anarcho-tyranny.

The premise of the novel is black-pilled, reaching the pessimistic conclusion that political violence is the only way of retaking the USA from the communists, socialists, and psychopaths that have subverted and dominated the institutions of big tech, government, media, and academia.

Biohacker Review: Evil causes cancer

The Cancer Industry by Mark Sloan is a dissection of one of the darker truths about modernity - that evil is at the root of the cancer epidemic which threatens your life and your loved ones.

That might sound like pessimistic, conspiratorial thinking. Still, it's the same conclusion that anyone should reach when they learn the facts about cancer, the profiteering of the cancer industry, and the bane of bad science that wastes billions of taxpayer dollars while millions of souls suffer.

But this book is not all depressing, hope-crushing black pills. It, in fact, is good news and full of practical evidence-backed advice that should empower anyone worried about cancer. The pharmaceutical-hospital industrial complex would prefer that every one of us live in constant anxiety with the sword of Damocles of a cancer diagnosis ever dangling over our heads, learning the truth about cancer, as angry as it might make you, assuages much existential angst.

Book Review: If we can harness the power of flow...

I picked up The Rise of Superman because I would like to spend more time in flow states. I believe in hustling hard and hustling smart but I don't actually spend that much time in flowFlow states result from evolutionary psychology that drastically increases awareness of the world around us.

A critique of Sex at Dawn and faux-edgy non-monogamy

In this podcast interview, Christopher Ryan and Aubrey Marcus joke about being called cucks. This four-letter word that is so cavalierly thrown about on the internet has layers of depth and nuance. I’ll explain why many men call them cucks and why it’s a deservedly derogatory term.

They are discussing a book that Christopher Ryan wrote, Sex at Dawn about how humans are naturally promiscuous and non-monogamous. It has a pretty obvious message humans are animals and we like to fuck. We naturally want to maximize hedonism, minimize effort, enjoy novelty and we tend to be promiscuous.

Lately, I’ve been a bit underslept because I just can’t put down this riveting spy novel about a young Bulgarian man caught up in the momentum of 20th-century history.

red-pilled and well-researched work of fiction that captures the dark and light sides of human nature…

You've probably heard before that the EMFs from smartphones, Wifi, and blazing-fast 5G networks are dangerous to your health. You've also probably heard that this is just a "crazy conspiracy theory" and that all this wireless radiation is fine.

EMF*D thoroughly breaks down the real science on this controversial issue, it's the latest title from Dr. Mercola, a titan in the health freedom movement.

Book Review: Script the flip for the win!

Once upon a time, I was sitting in a cafe in Medellin, Colombia sipping the smoothest coffee you can imagine and just hoping that my internet connection would be fast enough for the call I had scheduled with a prospective client. I had just finished my second reading of Pitch Anything by Oren Klaff. Via the shoddy wifi connection, I followed the simple formula I learned in the book to mix a cocktail of Serotonin and Norepinephrine - the anticipation of reward and motivating tension - in the mind of the prospect.

Almost weekly, rather distressed people contact me privately who are sick of being sick and tired and they are frustrated because they have tried some Nootropics and biohacking stuff but to little avail.

They complain of...

  • Terrible sleep
  • Crippling fatigue
  • Bouts of depression
  • Weight gain
  • Erectile dysfunction
  • Severe social anxiety
  • Or a goldfish attention span

To these people, I recommend a three-pronged approach...

1. Disciplined habituation of lifestyle biohacks
2. Mitochondrial Nootropics
3. Testing and self-quantification
