I put Pharmaceutical Grade in quotation marks because there's not really such a thing as pharmaceutical-grade herbs and Adaptogens, but I use the phrase because it's known to mean of the highest quality and purity. This is super important with Bacopa in particular. You'll want to read or listen to my meta-analysis of Bacopa before purchasing or consuming this.

I filmed my video about this drug in front of the Parliament Building in Bucharest, Romania. As you can see, it's a very gray, brooding building in a part of the world that, this time of the year, is also very gray and brooding.

Aniracetam modulates the Ampakine receptor in the brain, and interestingly, Darpa has investigated Ampakinic drugs. This is the shadowy military research organization about which there are all kinds of crazy (and not so crazy) conspiracy theories. So, if the US government wants to hire me to broker an interstellar peace arrangement with aliens or travel back in time to save JFK, you can find my resume on LinkedIn.
The packet it comes in is pretty small, but the dosage needed for effect is a lot lower than that of Piracetam. A dosage of 1500-2000 milligrams puts me into a very focused state for 3-6 hours.

I tried Adrafinil for the first time yesterday. I did about 300 milligrams first thing in the morning, and found it pretty consistent with my experiences with Modafinil. It put me deep into the focus zone for about six hours (a little shorter than Modafinil). For the next three consecutive days, I did the same dosage of Adrafinil, and I felt I'd run into its tolerance curve; on the afternoon of the third day, I actually grew tired after lunch, did a second dose of about 200 milligrams (eyeballing it). So, it's not an everyday smart drug...

Aniracetam is an Ampakinic smart drug that DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) has actually experimented with. So perhaps they are feeding it to the aliens at Area 51, or maybe it's what they give to the (very bored) government employees who spy on us through our webcams and smart TVs.
Conspiracy theorizing aside, Aniracetam is good for my memory, but it's not my favorite Racetam. I have noticeably less discipline, energy, and focus than while dosed on it compared with other Racetams I've done biohacker trials with. It's not very energizing, so if you are trying to avoid stimulants, Aniracetam may be a good option for you. For me, I like smart drugs that put me into this intensely focused zone, so I usually stack it with Piracetam or caffeine and L-theanine stack (like 1-2 GO from Pure Nootropics)

I did a high dosage of 650 milligrams, two in the late morning and two in the afternoon. I had a quite productive day but even at that high dosage, the Nootropic effect was subtle. I did not feel particularly energized. In the mid-afternoon I laid down to do my meditation, it was a pretty normal meditation session, and I did quite well with the breath-counting focus exercise. However, the high dosage had little to no noticeable performance-enhancing effect. The recommended dosage is two capsules a day, so I think I'll stick with that.

It's supposed to be a study drug that improves memory. Uridine is virtually tasteless and textureless. It washes down leaving no trace, which is kind of nice actually!

The anecdotal reports of Tianeptine led me to believe that it's an antidepressant with cumulative effects. So I've been taking two little capsules of Tianeptine a day and it's a pretty subtle effect but I think I like it, although I didn't experience any pronounced cumulative effects.
It adds a background hum of happiness. The best way I can describe it is kind of like rolling; if you've ever done good ecstasy or MDMA and you just had this feeling of inner happiness and satisfaction. It's like that, although not to such an intense degree minus the potent pro-social effects of MDMA. I didn't find myself being impetuously affectionate with everyone. The effect half-life seems a little short, I notice a subtle optimism for about 3-4 hours after dosing.
Coluracetam is a nootropic from the racetam family. It works as a high affinity choline uptake enhancer and was originally developed for use with Alzheimers disorder although it did not reach endpoints in clinical trials. Another clinical trial, carried out by BrainCells Inc have suggested that it would be a potential medication for depression and anxiety [1]. By increasing choline uptake and synthesizing Acetylcholine it is thought to enhance cognition, improve memory and help rational decision making.
