This is the next-level evolution of the Dual N-Back game, demonstrated to have transfer effects to short-term memory and essential cognitive tasks outside of brain training.

I've done brain training for three years now, and this app is significantly more challenging than anything I've tried before. In HighIQPro, my best performance was 7-back, and I regularly trained in the 5-back range and sometimes even higher. Yet right now, I'm doing the emotional n-back training mode, and I'm finding that I can barely make it to 5-back.

Biohacker ReviewThe caviar of antidepressants to vanquish seasonal affective disorder

I filmed my video about this drug in front of the Parliament Building in Bucharest, Romania. As you can see, it's a very gray, brooding building in a part of the world that, this time of the year, is also very gray and brooding.

Biohacker Review: My go-to for organic herbs in Europe

I have very high standards when it comes to adaptogenic herbs. In my experience, powdered herbs are a whole lot better value than capsuled herbs.

Biohacker Review: Sonic medicine is no longer science fiction...

This is the nosiest biohack I've ever tried; the IC Hummer from Infopathy administers PEMF infoceuticals sonically and topically to the body for healing, pain relief, inflammation, sleep, vagus nerve modulation, and more! In this review, I'll break down the PEMF science and tell you about how I've been using it.

Biohacker review: Nootropics/Anti-Aging “Infocueticals” save me $122 monthly

The IC Pad is an infoceutical imprinter by Infopathy - it uses electromagnetism and a trippy flashing light to "download" into water almost ANY drug, pharmaceutical, or supplementIt teases the possibility of decentralizing and open-sourcing both the pharmaceutical and supplement industries.
Skeptical? So was I!

Biohacker Review: Subtle Nootropic Clarifying Effect

If you’ve spent enough time around the fringes of the Biohacking, anti-aging, and alternative health world, you’ve probably heard whispers about Brown’s gas.

This HydrOxy gas, when inhaled or infused into water, fuels the body with molecular hydrogen, which almost all of us are chronically deficient in. Apparently, the health and healing benefits can be pretty extraordinary. Users say this could put Big Pharma and the hospital-industrial complex out of business.

Well, I finally got an AquaCure for myself. So naturally, I’ll be running a wide range of experiments with it and sharing the results, observations, and inevitable weirdness along the way.

This BPC-157 I have not yet used. I'm going to keep it around as a "bio prepping" measure in the event that I get injured in the gym or wherever - it enables rapid healing of injuries.

C60 Fullerene in Olive Oil

Biohacker ReviewTastes like... Olive oil!

Day 1

I was excited to pick up my package and try C60 for the first time. The product presents nicely and looks relatively unsuspicious compared with a lot of Nootropics I've tried. The olive oil comes in a black glass bottle, which is the proper way to package this sort of thing. I'm always suspicious of "health" products that come in BPA-laden plastic bottles.

I poured out a tablespoon of the stuff; it tastes like olive oil. There was no detectable taste or aftertaste, which was different than other high-quality olive oils I've tried previously. The first dosing produced no notable Nootropic effect.

Biohacker Review: Yohimbine superpowers sex and workouts with adrenaline!

Day 1
I did 5 milligrams, a low dosage, on a Sunday afternoon before a gym session with my wife. I had a good gym session, but my performance was not extraordinary.

Day 2
I upped the dosage to 10 milligrams, which I did on an afternoon while I was doing some writing. I did find it stimulating but not overly so. I had a productive afternoon. I don't think I'll be reaching for Yohimbine to stimulate me to do my digital laboring. It doesn't seem to enhance cognition or creativity the way that Adaptogens or the Racetams do. The adrenaline release does make me feel a bit on edge, which I don't really need.

Biohacker ReviewA notable uptick in gym performance

I've taken 1000 milligrams (two capsules) of HMB before workouts, and I believe there is a notable uptick in my gym performance. I'm able to lift more, along with doing more pull-ups and push-ups. I've been getting acquainted with some pre-workout supplements in the last few weeks. I've also tried Mildronate before workouts. It's hard for me to compare and contrast the two from my subjective experience because I'll admit that when it comes to my gym performance, it's hard to tell the difference between pharmacologically enabled gains and me just being more aggressive or the placebo effect. There's not much subjective experience with HMB as there is with many Nootropics.
