Biohacker Review: C60 in Coconut Oil is NOT a Skin Hack

Having used C60 before, I had a pretty good idea of what to expect from this stuff, so, being a vain biohacker, I elected to instead use it cosmetically. I'd heard around the Longecity forums that C60 has a beautifying effect on our skin, that it heals old scars and eliminates aging wrinkles. Starting in August, I rubbed a few drops into my face daily. I did this twice daily for a few months. It's hard to say if this made much of a difference; I'm already a quite healthy, young-looking 34-year-old. I did this with my wife who is the same age and also fetchingly girlish, we both noticed an undesirable effect, surprisingly, using the coconut oil on our lips dried out our lips - both of us noticed that our lips were unpleasantly dry and chapped. Our lips went back to normal when we stopped applying the coconut oil to our lips. I believe this is when, due to the coconut oil and not the C60, because come to think about it, when I used coconut oil as a lip balm in the past, I had to apply it often as my lips would get dried out. Using a different organic lip balm, I don't have such dry lips as frequently.

Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN)

Nootropic Ingredients

NMN, a B-Vitamin derivative, is the most direct and effective way to supplement the game-changing anti-aging agent NAD+.

I rank it among Carbon 60 and SKQ1 as a game-changing anti-aging innovation.

"NAD will turn out to be one of the greatest advances in medical science since Fleming invented penicillin."

Proclaimed Dr. Philip Milgram of the NAD Treatment Center in San Diego, California.

MCT Oil from PureBulk.com

What is MCT Oil (Medium-Chain Triglycerides)?

Medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil is popular among athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and individuals trying to lose weight. As the name implies, it consists of medium-length chains of triglyceride fatty acids, which are easier to digest than long-chain fatty acids. Coconut oil is a rich source of MCTs, as MCTs make up more than half of coconut oil’s fat content.

What is MCT Made Of?

Medium-chain triglycerides exist in four forms:  caproic acid, caprylic acid, capric acid, and lauric acid. However, most MCT oil products available commercially use caprylic and capric acid. Each MCT variation has unique properties that may enhance exercise performance and support weight loss efforts. MCTs also have antimicrobial and antifungal properties that can combat the growth of yeast and bacteria.

Glutathione by Youth & Earth

Biohacker Review: Makes the master antioxidant TASTY!

Youth & Earth has really made anti-aging tantalizing for my sweet tooth with its mango-flavored high-absorption liposomal Glutathione.

Lately, I've been boozing just a bit on the regular, usually a glass of red wine while I enjoy dinner with my wife. After going off the silly sauce for three months, I'm indulging a bit as an ethical hedonist. A vice I justify by taking a teaspoon of this silky-smooth, tasty Glutathione solution, which does keep hangovers at bay (and I am getting to the age where more than just a little booze will leave me dragging the next morning).

Carbon 60 Fullerenes (C60)

Nootropic Ingredients

Buckminster Fullerenes are sixty carbon atoms indestructibly arrayed in a soccer ball shape that holds the promise of increasing longevity by up to 90%.

It's often referred to affectionately as buckyballs, but for the sake of brevity, I'll refer to it from here on as C60.

The bad news...

In 2020, the world was paralyzed by fear of COVID-19. Many of us now wear masks in public, either voluntarily or involuntarily, as a preventive measure to “stop the spread” and hopefully protect ourselves from contracting the virus. While the media and the state have compelled us to take this preventative measure there’s another epidemic that you hear a lot less about which is significantly more likely to ruin your life or the life of someone you care about...

Collagen

For the vain and discerning biohacker, the aspirational beautiful immortal, Collagen is an irreplaceable anti-aging agent. While it will make you look younger, the profundity of its effects, demonstrated in over 400 clinical trials, is so much more than skin deep.

Listen to almost any health podcast and you'll hear the health-conscious raving about Collagen. It's very popular; it's called a "health craze" - here, we'll look at the science and evidence for Collagen and see if it lives up to the hype.

Biohacker Review: ESS60 is next-level C60...

In my nearly 9-years of obsession with biohacking, the super antioxidant C60 really stands out as a game-changing anti-aging agent.

As an antioxidant, C60 doesn't fundamentally hack anything in the body on its own; instead, it just helps the body take out the trash. At the root of aging and nearly all diseases are tiny free radicals bouncing around your body, causing havoc. Antioxidants, like C60, bind to these trouble-making molecules and escort them promptly out of the establishment. With that (very) simplified explanation of C60 out of the way, let's talk about ESS60 and my experience with it...

Coenzyme Q10

The Mitochondria that drive our trillions of individual cells and define the grace with which we age have been a particularly hot arena of scientific research over the past few years.

CoQ10 stands out as a particularly well-evidenced Mitochondrial support supplement.

Skulachev Ions (or SKQ1) are smart antioxidants; smart because they specifically target the Mitochondria that actually need them.

This makes SKQ1 a very potent, economical, and safe anti-aging agent, I'll make the case in this article that it's the cutting-edge anti-aging innovation of tomorrow.
