The blog (featuring some seriously actionable articles of exhaustive length) on everything from biohacking, smart drugs, and mind hardware to anti-aging, social dynamics, and philosophy.
In my curiosity about all things sex hacking, I came across this video on Youtube, there are a man and woman, the woman removes her pants, lies down, and the man puts on a rubber glove and proceeds to give her a stroke job. Turns out this is called OM (orgasmic meditation), it's a way to slow down sex and enhance intimacy. The evangelist of OM is this woman Nicole Daedone, I watched a few of her presentations and couldn't quite decide if she was a hedonistic postmodern feminist or a really profound thinker, so I read her book Slow Sex: The Art and Craft of the Female Orgasm. My wife and I tried OMing with mixed results, we discuss the book in this podcast. Listen up and stroke slowly, gents...

Let’s say you want to buy a brand new Lexus, at the auto dealership you don’t really need to worry that they are going to try to scam you and sell you a Kia that looks like a Lexus.
It’s the same thing with buying a new cell phone; you go to Best Buy to get a new Samsung smartphone or iPhone and you don’t really need to worry that they are going to sell you a cheap knockoff packaged to pass as the fanciest brand new smartphone.
Unfortunately, you can’t assume the same about the health supplements, anti-aging Nootropics, and organic superfoods that you purchase from vitamin stores or online sources (especially Amazon.com).

Longevity is complicated. New science, drugs, and supplements are emerging and breaking paradigms. Before you spend a lot of time investigating them and money there are several low-hanging fruit natural biohacks that should be implemented.
This article will outline 10 natural biohacks that will help you live longer and empower your health. Some are free, some are very affordable, all are natural and low risk. Biohackers should soberly consider their risk tolerance, many self-experimenters dabble with research chemicals, pharmaceuticals and even inject peptides.
For example, drugs like Metformin are used by a lot of biohackers, but there's a strong argument to be made that long term use creates a biological dependence and hurts the body's natural metabolism of B-Vitamins. If you're want to live an extra 40 or 50 years (or longer) you're certainly going to be using it for a long time! Biohackers that use drugs that pharmacologically intervene in the bodily process should be extremely knowledgeable of the science underlying what they are taking.
But, before venturing into the wild wild west of biological interventions I'd urge you to fortify your biology with these low-risk biohacks.

It's the year of the great ideological-political gulf between family members across the holiday table.
Many chose to just not discuss touchy subjects with family, and I get that - it might be best to just keep the peace. But, some families are able and willing to engage in rigorous discourse and debate without it devolving into hurtful insults - I'm fortunate to have a family mostly like that.
Thus, I wrote them this letter urging them to pass on the COVID-19 vaccine - feel free to copy it, edit it as you see fit, and use it to try to change your loved ones' minds...
