Biohacker Review: A Sublime Nootropic Stack with Style!

I was excited to try Tao as I picked up from the post office my box full of the suite of Ultra Human products but a bit skeptical because I've tried so many different Nootropic stack products that are underwhelming. The first thing I noted was the great packaging of the stuff;

• The artwork on the packaging is classically symmetrical. Like an AMG Mercedes or my old Porsche, the Ultra Human products are signed individually by the creator and bear a serial number, that's cool touch!
• The box itself feels like you're opening the newest smartphone's box. It's certainly more substantial than the generic plastic bottles that 90% of Nootropics come in.
• Upon opening the box you're presented with an individual capsule evoking the scene from Limitless, where the protagonist is first presented with an individual capsule of NZT-48, in the compartment behind that one capsule you find 30 others.
• The Nootropic itself is a pill that feels rather substantial instead of a generic plastic capsule full of powder.

Biohacker Review: Not an outstanding effect

I did as much as 50 milligrams once along with Tyrosine, ALCAR, and Bulletproof coffee and while I was in a good focused mood for about 5 hours I was pretty underwhelmed - the Sunifiram didn't have an outstanding effect.

I took it subliminally and it produces a not overwhelming, yet unpleasant burning sensation under the tongue. Luckily the bad taste was easily washed away by some green tea.

One time, about 90 minutes after about 20 milligrams, I had a noticeable sensation of body heat that really contrasted with the chilly Ukrainian fall weather - almost like the sweets I get from Modafinil.

I've been using the Adaptogens Rhodiola, Eleuthero, and Schisandra together for a month now. I've been taking them first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach with my big ass bottle of tea.

Biohacker Review: A sensation enhancer

The more reading I did on Horny Goat Weed, the more curious I got about trying it myself and finally punched the buy now button.

The good news is...
It definitely improves the sensation of sex and masturbation but not to the extent that I think I'll order it again. For example, if you Horny Goat Wood before having protected sex with a condom it's not going to make it feel like you are having unprotected sex. I didn't find it to be that big of a difference in sensation but it is noticeable and pleasant.

Some of the studies I read lead me to believe that the Icariin, the active ingredient in Horny Goat Weed, is a cognitive enhancer. I didn't experience this at all.

Practicing no fap while taking Horny Goat Weed is a recipe for being very horny, I can see why they used to put skirts around table legs. However, it didn't noticeably boost my testosterone levels nor did it make much of difference in my level of energy and productivity.

In the last few days, I've been taking L-Tyrosine (900 milligrams) with ALCAR in the mornings. So far I've noticed a little of an energizing effect but it doesn't really compare to Racetams.

I decided to take a break from coffee, which I've attempted a couple of times before, it's usually rough. I started taking Tyrosine first thing in the mornings and afternoons. I upped the dosage to 2700 which produces an alert and wakeful mindset after about 30 minutes.

It has the consistency of flour. It's one of the most boring tasting Nootropics I've tried, it has almost no flavor at all.

It's pretty good for sleep deprivation, in dosages of 2700 - 3600 milligrams. I've taken it a couple of nights recently where I had gotten less than 4 hours of sleep, it has restored my alertness, creativity, and focus for 4-6 hours. I returned to the baseline of my productivity (which is quite productive). Then I would go off a cognitive cliff, finding myself aimlessly browsing or watching Youtube videos. Especially combined with Caballo or other Racetams, I was quite impressed by my creative powers in a sleep-deprived state. Sleep deprivation is probably not a good policy but I do like to party and Tyrosine enables my sometimes Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde lifestyle, of late-night hedonism and mornings spent like a disciplined entrepreneur. Although, it's not exactly a perfect solution for sleep deprivation, as it does take about 30 minutes to kick in, during which I feel like a real zombie!

Biohacker Review: A Very Smooth Nootropic with a Rare Offer

HCF stands for Happy, Calm, Focused and that's exactly what it is.

HCF contains a number of very high-quality Nootropic ingredients. A wide range of the B Vitamins your brain craves along with several important amino acids that are important to feed your brain to maintain cognitive abilities as your brain ages.

I just didn't get this from HCF consistently. I even noticed a few times while dosed on HCF I'd sink into that low-energy afternoon lull that life hackers like myself so loathe. HCF contains no caffeine or other ingredients that people take to get a buzz. I think the philosophy behind the HCF is more sustainable brain health than immediate productive buzz. Since I'm a productivity buzz junkie, I would recommend taking 4 capsules daily as opposed to 2. You may even want to take HCF with something that does give you a buzz, like coffee or piracetam.

Given my experience, I wouldn't pay the $60 retail monthly price for this supplement. All other things being equal, I'd buy supplements from HCF over other Nootropics companies in the industry. As I've said in other places on this blog I really like companies that stake their reputation on the quality of their product. HCF is made in the USA, which is great if you like to support companies that create American jobs.
